Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: * Lead the delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including linear systems, pump stations, lift stations and storage facilities. * Develop and strengthen client relationships, support business development efforts, and contribute to proposal development and project capture strategies. * Manage multidisciplinary project teams through planning, design and construction phases. * Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and quality outcomes. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants and internal teams to successfully deliver projects. * Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. What you will bring to the team * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * P.Eng. designation with EGBC (Engineers and Geoscientists BC). * 10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. * Experience managing projects through design and construction phases. * Strong client relationship, business development and proposal-writing skills. * Knowledge of linear infrastructure design, construction methods, cost estimating and scheduling. * Experience with condition assessment, rehabilitation and trenchless technologies is an asset. * Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. * Passion and desire to mentor, collaborate and support a wide range of professionals and younger people in their career. #LI-TW1 Our Hybrid Work Model: Be part of the dynamic culture! The salary range for this position is $112,580 to $189,143. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
