The QES Administrator is responsible for assisting the QES department by providing administrative support to achieve key objectives and targets through the organization’s procedures, policies and practices. What We Offer Paid benefits — health, vision, dental, and a Health Care Spending Account Life insurance, long-term disability, and AD&D Employee and Family Assistance Program Defined Contribution Pension Plan Short-Term Incentive Bonus Plan Mentorship, training, and clear opportunities for growth and advancement Compensation: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of IMS procedures Maintain records of external and internal QES training; assist in the administration of QES training initiatives Creating, organizing and filing QES records Update and maintain QES databases Assist in the scheduling of QES audits and the maintenance of audit documentation Collect, complete and file WSIB documentation, as required Assist in the updating of QES Management programs Assist in the creation and maintenance of statistical reporting Qualifications Post-secondary certificate in related field of health, safety or environment 1 year of experience in a related health, safety or environmental role Ability to create, update and maintain excel spreadsheets and Visio documentation Basic understanding of health, safety and environmental principles Basic communication skills for interacting with team members Attention to detail and a willingness to learn Triple M Metal LP is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome diversity in the workplace. Requirements
A post-secondary certificate in a related health, safety, or environmental field and one year of experience in a related role are required. Candidates should be able to maintain Excel spreadsheets and Visio documentation, understand basic health, safety, and environmental principles, communicate with team members, and demonstrate attention to detail and willingness to learn.
