The Picker is responsible for thoroughly inspecting materials and removing non-conforming materials in accordance with operational policies and procedures to ensure all materials meet established quality specifications. What We Offer Paid Benefits - Health, Vision Dental Life, Long-Term Disability and AD&D Insurance Pension Plan Match Over-Time Pay Annual Boot Allowance Training and opportunities for growth and advancement Wage $25.61 per hour When: (Days, Afternoons, Nights) Days Monday- Thursday 6:00AM-2:45PM Friday- 6:00AM-1:15PM Afternoons Monday-Thursday 2:15PM-10:45PM Friday- 12:45PM-7:45PM Nights Monday- Thursday 10:15PM-6:45AM Friday- 7:30PM-2:30AM Role Expectations Thoroughly inspects materials and picks (removes) non-conforming materials in accordance with operational policies and procedures in order to ensure that material conforms to established quality specifications Ensures the effective and efficient operation of the forklift, skid steer or bobcat equipment in accordance with operational policies and procedures Performs general preventative maintenance on the forklift, bobcat or skid steer equipment; based on prescribed procedures Performs manual labour duties, including lifting, sorting, moving and handling materials as required to support daily operations You Have 1 year of warehouse, distribution or machine operating experience 1 year of experience operating forklift or skid-steer (bobcat), (preferred but not required) Triple M Metal LP is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome diversity in the workplace.
