Job summary

Gibson and Associates is a well-established, female-led psychotherapy practice with offices in London, Barrie, and Toronto, and virtual services across Ontario. This is an anti-racist, queer-allied practice, and that shapes how we work. We care about doing good clinical work, and we care just as much about the people doing it. We're growing our London team and looking for clinicians who want to do meaningful work at a place that actually knows their name. This is a part-time contract position with flexible, self-determined hours and real room to grow into full-time work if that's what you're looking for. What We're Offering A 60/40 fee split and a team that actively supports your caseload growth through marketing, client matching, and a strong referral engine. We handle the back-end so you can focus on the clinical work: a virtual platform, secure booking and records through Jane, peer consultation, and a beautiful, centrally located London office. You'll also be part of a team, with invitations to team events and learning opportunities along the way. We're looking for clinicians who want to build a practice here, not just fill a seat. Who We're Looking For Master's-level RSWs who are curious, self-directed, and interested in joining a team that takes culture seriously. We're especially drawn to clinicians with training or experience in couples therapy, IFS, or organizational mental health, including workplace consultations, debriefings, and facilitation. These are growing parts of our practice, and we'd like to build them alongside someone who shares that interest. If you're currently registered and in good standing with OCSWSSW, have a clinical focus you're genuinely passionate about, work confidently from evidence-based approaches, and are comfortable working both independently and in person at our London office, we'd like to hear from you. What Partnership Actually Looks Like We invest heavily in growing your caseload through marketing, client matching, and a strong referral engine. What we need from you is a partner in that: someone who shows up consistently, runs strong initial consultations, converts those into long-term therapeutic relationships, and builds the kind of trust that keeps clients coming back. We do the heavy lifting on visibility and operations. But marketing only works when there's something real to promote. We can amplify you. We can't invent you. How to Apply Reach out to [email protected] with your resume, a brief note on your areas of interest, your area of practice, and confirmation that you're able to practice in person in the London area.
