Gillfor Distribution has an opening for a full-time Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate at our London location. As part of our Lumber Yard team at our London Distribution Centre, you will work in a team environment reporting directly to our Yard Supervisor. This is a 6 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Monday to Friday role. Expectations: * Accurate and efficient order picking and packing * Material handling and inventory management * Assist in loading orders onto customer trucks * Inventory cycle counts and spot checks * Assist in keeping a tidy and organized lumber yard * Compliance to all work safety rules and regulations * Politeness to customers and truck drivers who are picking up or dropping off orders Ideal Attributes: * Strong team work and time management is required * High School Diploma * Forklift experience in an outdoor setting an asset * Ability to lift up to 80 pounds if necessary * Knowledge of the building materials industry is an asset * Able to work in outdoor conditions * Flexibility with start and finish times * Reliable and punctual * Self-Motivated and able to work without supervision Gillfor Distribution is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
