Support receiver, monitor, and proposal trustee mandates through financial and operational analysis, cash flow forecasting, liquidity assessments, and preparation of court and client materials. Assist with sale processes, lender advisory, debt restructurings, stakeholder coordination, research, and multiple client engagements across Canada and, as needed, the United States.
