Job Summary Karas Security is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time OFA Level 3 Security Guard to support site operations. This role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to respond to incidents, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Patrol and monitor assigned sites Ensure safety of people, property, and assets Control site access and maintain visitor/vehicle logs Conduct CCTV monitoring Respond to incidents and emergencies Provide first aid when required (OFA 3 level) Complete detailed incident and daily reports accurately and on time Secure site equipment and support site-specific needs Requirements Valid OFA Level 3 Certification Valid BC Security Worker License (BST) Part-time availability with flexibility to work rotating schedules (days, evenings, weekends as required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 15 lbs+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to write clear, accurate incident reports Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations Compensation & Benefits $21.00 per hour Extended health and dental benefits (as per company eligibility) Application Requirements Security License (BST/AST) OFA Level 3 Certificate
