This role is critical to keeping our projects moving, crews supported, and clients satisfied across British Columbia. If you can think fast, stay organized under pressure, and make decisions that keep things running smoothly, this role is for you. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites * Manage last-minute changes, call-outs, and schedule gaps * Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day * Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently * Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly * Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage * Support operations and improve workflow processes REQUIREMENTS * Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional) * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset * Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatching systems * SiteDocs experience is an asset * Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative * Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions WORK ENVIRONMENT * Fast-paced and high-volume operations * Mix of office and remote work (not fully remote) * Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends * $50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility

Requirements
