Areas of Specialization Mining, Geology & Tailings Mechanical, Electrical & Process Water, Environmental & Projects In this role you will: Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Provide engineering support across a range of operational and technical areas Analyze information and identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and reliability Support short- and long-term planning and decision-making Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop practical engineering solutions Requirements: Degree in Engineering Registered, or eligible to register, with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC); EVR will support eligible employees with their EGBC registration Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite® Motivated self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent As part of our recruitment process, EVR uses AI tools to assist with reviewing and summarizing candidate information. Provide engineering support across operational and technical areas to improve system reliability, safety, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions and contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering and be registered or eligible for registration with the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC). A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
