About the Practice * Modern, fully equipped small animal hospital * Digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory diagnostics * Established, privately owned clinic with a loyal client base * Supportive and collaborative veterinary and support team * Strong emphasis on continuing education and clinical development The Role * Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients * Manage cases independently with a high degree of clinical autonomy * Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients * Work collaboratively with an experienced clinical team * Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional clinic culture Requirements * DVM degree with eligibility for licensure in British Columbia * Confident, independent practitioner able to manage a varied caseload * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Commitment to high standards of patient care * Surgical and dental experience is an asset * Team-focused and collaborative approach Compensation & Benefits * Generous signing bonus * Salary $120,000-$200,000+ CAD depending on experience * Relocation assistance * Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance * CE allowance and conference support * Paid licensing fees and professional dues * Performance-based incentives * Generous vacation and personal time * Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Location - West Kelowna Set in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, West Kelowna offers an exceptional lifestyle surrounded by lakes, mountains, and vineyards.
