We are currently looking for an LTL Operations Manager for our Vaughan terminal. Job ID: TOROPS2026 Schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am Position Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: Up to $85,000, will be based on experience Workplace address: 9501 Hwy 50 Vaughan, ON L4H 2B9 To apply: hiring@gls-canada.com Supervise, coach and train personnel Coach, train and mentor your supervisors Daily PM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound PM Reweigh and Recube, improve revenue capture on the Dock Monitor/Assign Forklift Staff Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments Customer shipment audits when required Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily Action on all last-minute shipment requests Previous Management experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred Excellent communication skills Must be able to exercise initiative, multi task and work well as part of a team Organized and detail oriented Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Bi-weekly Offer a competitive starting salary Extended Benefits Plan Eligible for Corporate discounts with several retailers and sports centers RRSP employee contribution & employer contribution Yearly Vacation
