Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading quantitative research projects for our US clients. This role requires close collaboration with regional sales, global PM teams, and your dedicated Team Leader. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery and achieving high client satisfaction. Quality Focus You will oversee keeping projects on spec and on schedule while managing key KPIs such as completes, IR, LOI, SCO, and QTF. Success depends on clear and effective communication with global teams (US, Japan, APAC), as well as clients and vendors. Over time, you can expect to handle on larger and more complex projects, assume greater ownership, and lead initiatives to improve team efficiency and client impact. Key Responsibilities: Manage up to 15 quantitative research projects at once, owning delivery from kickoff to close. Ensure projects meet client specs and GMO quality standards, tracking key KPIs (IR, Completes, LOI, SCO, QTF). Take proactive action to hit targets (sampling adjustments, extra invites/reminders, quota tuning). Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to PM/Sales/Account leads when needed. Work with a same-shift PM co-owner to maintain smooth client communication and seamless handovers. Monitor cost ratio and field performance, documenting decisions clearly for cross-shift visibility. Coordinate vendors and maintain accurate project records in internal tools. Learn advanced PM operations (pre-screeners, mega quotas, automatic sampling) and follow global processes. Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing quantitative studies end-to-end is required. Client-facing project leadership: confident in owning client communication, translating needs into clear specs, and acting as a trusted bridge between Sales, Operations, vendors, and clients. Quality-driven execution: strong command of PM fundamentals (planning, fieldwork monitoring, risk management, delivery) with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and client satisfaction. Proactive cost ownership: able to track cost ratios and field efficiency, flag risks early, and take initiative to optimize spend while protecting quality. Analytical problem-solver: comfortable reading project metrics, diagnosing issues, and implementing practical solutions fast. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; able to work smoothly across cultures and time zones. Strong organization and multitasking ability: capable of managing several projects in parallel and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines. Tools & systems: proficient with PM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project), Excel/PowerPoint, and familiar with online survey/data collection platforms. Collaborative and adaptable mindset: able to work independently while contributing to a global team in a fast-moving environment. Other: Working hours are not fixed and will vary depending on client needs. We require flexibility with an 8-hour workday scheduled within the window of 08:00 to 21:00.
