Job Description Dealership Controller (Audi Richmond) Go Auto is looking for an experienced Dealership Controller to join our Audi Richmond team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with dealership accounting experience who wants more ownership, visibility, and career growth. You’ll have the chance to: Own monthly financial reporting Support departmental budgeting Prepare year-end audit statements Improve financial controls Streamline accounting processes Use data and reporting tools to drive better decisions Grow your career with one of Canada’s leading automotive groups What You’ll Do Prepare and review monthly financial statements Manage dealership accounting functions Support departmental budgets and financial analysis Assist with year-end audit preparation Review reconciliations, schedules, and reporting accuracy Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies Partner with leadership on financial performance Support process improvements across the accounting function Use Excel and reporting tools to organize, analyze, and present financial data What You Bring We are looking for someone who has: Dealership accounting experience — required Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar dealership accounting role Strong understanding of general accounting functions Experience with monthly financial statements Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, and financial reporting High attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills A positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach Confidence working with deadlines and financial reporting cycles Interest in improving processes, controls, and reporting Nice to Have These are assets, but not dealbreakers: Experience with dealership systems such as CDK, Reynolds, PBS, Dealertrack, or Tekion Power BI, VBA, or Microsoft Access experience CPA designation or CPA progress Experience leading or mentoring accounting/admin staff What We Offer At Go Auto, we invest in people who want to grow.
