Learn more at www.gospeedlog.com We are expanding our commercial network and looking for experienced Business Development and Sales Partners who can help us develop new customer relationships and generate sustainable logistics business. The Role This is an independent, performance-based Business Development partnership, not a salaried position. Your focus will be to identify potential customers, develop relationships, understand their logistics requirements, and bring qualified business opportunities to GSL. You do not need to manage the complete operational solution yourself. You bring the relationship and commercial opportunity; GSL supports pricing, solution design, implementation, and service execution. Compensation, Profit Sharing & Referrals Compensation is commission-based on the business you generate, with profit-sharing opportunities available for qualifying strategic or high-value accounts and additional incentives for larger, long-term business. Commission is calculated on gross profit, with the applicable structure agreed based on the service, account profile, volume, profitability, and level of involvement. Recurring commissions continue on active registered accounts under the agreed partnership structure. If you prefer to simply refer a potential customer, a referral commission structure is also available. When a registered referral results in a successfully closed and activated account, you receive a referral commission under the agreed structure. Protected Accounts Customers you introduce are registered to you at the point of introduction and confirmed in writing. Registered accounts remain associated with you under the agreed commission structure, protecting the relationships and business you bring to GSL. You Bring the Relationship. We Deliver the Service. GSL supports Business Development Partners with: Pricing and solution development Transportation and warehousing operations Customer implementation and onboarding Billing and account support Logistics technology and customer visibility tools Our operational team handles service execution while you focus on developing relationships, expanding accounts, and generating new business. Multiple Services. One Customer. A customer may begin with warehousing and later require LTL, FTL, cross-border transportation, or last-mile delivery. Another customer may start with express delivery and later require fulfillment, air or sea freight, customs clearance, or warehousing. This gives Business Development Partners the ability to build larger, long-term customer relationships across multiple logistics services, rather than focusing only on one-time shipments.
