Position overview: We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive meaningful business outcomes and enable our customers to succeed through the use of our SiteDocs product. As a product-forward company, we focus deeply on customer needs and believe strong product execution is critical to delivering value to the market. As a Product Manager, you will contribute to the development of new products and features designed to help businesses streamline workplace health and safety moving from error-prone paper processes to enhanced digital workflows. You will work within an established product strategy and roadmap, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve the SiteDocs platform and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is building their product career, enjoys hands-on execution, and wants exposure to the full product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery and iteration. Your Most Important Initiatives Own the discovery, definition, execution, and delivery of product initiatives within a defined product area or roadmap. Drive customer discovery and partner with stakeholders to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points; translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs. Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends to help inform roadmap planning and feature enhancements. Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers throughout the product lifecycle — from concept through launch and post-release iteration. Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient development and high-quality delivery that meets customer needs. Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering teams. Measure product performance using defined success metrics; analyze usage data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to inform continuous improvement. What You Bring Experience contributing to the delivery of successful software products, ideally in a SaaS environment. Working knowledge of Agile product development practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex problems into structured solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities with geographically dispersed teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; technical background is a plus. 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or related role. Why Join Us? This role is eligible for health insurance (medical, dental & vision), life insurance, 401(k) & paid time off. The expected base salary for this position is about $110k CAD. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
