Performance Objectives Streamline and manage monthly financial reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial insights to senior management. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled by the 15th of each month. Conduct regular audits and implement controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. Deliver comprehensive tax filings and compliance reports, securing zero errors and meeting all regulatory deadlines. Lead the preparation of financial statements and budget forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives. Enhance our financial systems by implementing new software solutions to increase efficiency and data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and drive business growth. Environment & Resources You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with our operations and sales teams. Utilize industry-standard accounting software and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel, with an ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven track record of managing financial processes in a manufacturing or similar environment.
