Demonstrated experience coordinating engineering, design, procurement, production, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle. Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, job costing, forecasting, change management, and construction payment structures. Proven ability to develop and manage complex project schedules, identify critical dependencies, and coordinate multiple concurrent priorities. Experience with resource allocation, capacity planning, production scheduling, and cross-functional project coordination. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Comfortable working directly with technical drawings, project management systems, and digital documentation workflows. Experience operating within structured project management environments, with the ability to implement and improve established processes.
