Golden Equity Properties was formed in 2001. We specialize in the acquisition and management of multi-unit residential properties in the Southern Ontario & Manhattan market space. We currently own and manage over 100 multi-unit residential properties. Our group currently has different partners in our real estate holdings in major Canadian & U.S. cities. We have been focusing on purchasing quality multi residential properties in preferred locations. We are aggressive with our management and have been very successful thus far in increasing the value of every property in our portfolio. We have a wealth of real estate experience both through ownership and property management as well as commercial financing and leasing. We maintain strong relationships with several financial institutions, trust companies, pension funds and secondary lenders. Our relationships with brokers & agents who are connected to property owners can often bring us opportunities to purchase properties that are either not listed or not widely available to others.
