Key Information: Hours: Project dependent; minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime necessary during the busy season (April-October) Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Health benefits, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered. Job Description: The ability to read and understand technical guides, drawings and specifications is required. Manual dexterity and ability to use carpentry tools safely. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Comfortable working at heights. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions. Experience and Certification Requirements: Journeyman Carpentry ticket required. At least 2 years of carpentry or equivalent experience required. A minimum of 2-5 years of Foreman experience is required. CSTS 2020, and WHMIS 2015 are required. Fall Protection & Rescue, Aerial Platform, Confined Spaces, Rigging/Hoisting and Hand. Signals, and First Aid/CPR certification would be an asset. A reliable means of transportation is required. Proficient English language skills required.
