Job summary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in software development. * 7 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent. * 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. * Experience designing intuitive, flexible, and enduring APIs/interfaces alongside system architectures that leverage AI/LLM capabilities while ensuring highly reliable, low-latency performance. * Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and empathetic team culture, prioritizing open communication and strong relationship-building across teammates, partners, and users. * Track record of driving cross-cutting infrastructure designs and technical implementations, combined with the coordination skills needed to execute projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
