Design and oversee local and national QA/QC programs, establish quality standards across construction projects, and partner with project and site teams to implement quality plans. Conduct audits and analyze KPIs, oversee subcontractor assessments and closeout processes, manage quality records, mitigate project risks, and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
