For Registered Nurse, Inpatient Care position that is full time and permanent, recruitment bonuses include: $5,000 on start date, $5,000 at 18 months of service and $10,000 at 30 months of service. Additional premiums include a $9,000 Annual Frontline Allowance and a $375 Monthly Retention Bonus of $4,500 per year. For Job shares, salary, bonuses/allowances are pro-rated in accordance with hours worked. The Registered Nurse (RN), Inpatient Care, is a member of a multi-disciplinary team. This position is responsible for assessing patient health status and responding to actual and potential health problems including emergent and critical situations on an ongoing basis during the provision of inpatient nursing care.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing and be eligible for registration with CNNN. Mandatory certifications include Neonatal Resuscitation, PALS, and ACLS, along with a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
