As the HR Administrator, your responsibilities include office management, reception, financial and administrative support as well as providing delegated staffing services and support to clients and business partners. In addition, the position provides executive and administrative support to the HR Director and branch. Prior to applying please refer to our sample resume to assist you in your application: Post-secondary coursework in business, administration, human resources or other related field; Recent experience performing a range of administrative support functions, including but not limited to: scheduling, file management, processing financial transactions, and supporting internal and external clients; Recent experience in providing front line reception duties; Recent experience providing human resource support services will be considered an asset. Candidates who have training and considerable experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
