What You’ll Do Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training based on OEM service curriculum Manage and execute a rolling training schedule using tools such as Cornerstone LMS Facilitate interactive learning in classroom and virtual environments (Teams, Zoom, LMS) Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve training content Ensure training environments, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained What Makes You a Great Fit College diploma or equivalent experience Provincial or Interprovincial Technician’s License 5+ years of hands-on automotive technical experience (OEM environment preferred) Strong facilitation and communication skills Comfortable delivering training in both in-person and virtual settings Proficient with Microsoft Office and training platforms Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about developing others Why Join Us You’ll be at the forefront of automotive innovation—helping technicians build skills that directly impact customer experience and dealership performance. Requirements
Requires a Provincial or Interprovincial Technician’s License and at least 5 years of hands-on automotive technical experience. A college diploma or equivalent experience is also required.
