What you’ll do: * Provide world-class service to ensure exceptional patient outcomes through: * Conducting comprehensive Patient Consultations. * Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include all lasers, skincare and other aesthetic treatments to achieve exceptional outcomes and support patient goals. * Cross refers to injectable and surgical treatment providers as appropriate including treatments and procedures available at other GraceMed clinics. * Educate patients on the benefits, expected outcomes, risks and maintenance of aesthetic procedures. * Obtain informed consent for all procedures and update on a yearly basis. * Performs all medical aesthetic treatments. * Educate patients on the importance of pre and post treatment instructions. * Ensure pre-booking of in-person follow-ups and series appointments. * Take and submit consented before & after photos as per GraceMed’s policies & procedures. * Respond to inquiries and post-treatment follow-ups from current, past, or potential patients. * Collaborate with the Medical Director and team members to ensure that a high standard of service is provided. * Accountable for documenting products and inventory used for treatments. * Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment room and reports malfunctioning devices to Clinic Manager. What you will bring along: To be successful in this role, you are someone who’s focused on patient care and customer service and preferably have worked within or is passionate about the integrative medical field. * Certification in Medical Aesthetics from an accredited program. * At least 3 years' experience as a Medical Aesthetician, experience working in a luxury or cosmetic clinic is preferred. * Experience with providing medical aesthetic treatments and services including laser and energy devices. * Knowledge and experience of medical grade skin care brands. * Demonstrated success with building a patient case load. * Experience with medical grade skincare lines and products, an asset. * Comfortable with patient education through consultation to develop comprehensive treatment plans. * Open and honest, with the ability to build long term relationships with patients and team members. * Team player, self-motivated and has a positive attitude. * Keeps up to date with industry trends, and the latest treatments. * Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. * Health and Safety and WHMIS training.
