Art Engineering Inc. (AEI) is currently seeking a Junior or Intermediate Structural Designer (Engineer in Training) to join our growing team in North York, Ontario. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (Additional years of experience for experienced applicants will be considered for an increased salary range) Primary Responsibilities Complete structural analyses, calculations, and designs for a variety of projects Prepare structural drawings and technical reports for projects under the guidance of experienced engineers Conduct site inspections and field reviews Communicate directly with clients and contractors Minimum Qualifications 1-4 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering Knowledge and understanding of relevant local standards and codes (OBC, NBCC, MTO Manuals, etc.) Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills Good analytical and critical thinking skills Valid ‘G’ driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for travel to project sites Benefits Of Working At AEI Competitive base salary dependent on specific level of experience Paid vacation Health benefits Performance based bonuses RRSP matching program Regular company social events and networking opportunities Career growth planning Opportunities to work on diverse project types and scopes
