Reporting to the Office Manager or Project Manager (when on site), the Site Administrator plays a key role in supporting site and project teams by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support across one or multiple sites. This role streamlines day‑to‑day operations so teams can focus on project delivery, including coordinating meetings and travel, managing expenses and reports, receiving goods, and working with vendors to address site needs. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Provide day‑to‑day administrative and clerical support to one or multiple construction sites, acting as a key point of contact Manage expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and goods received to ensure accurate financial tracking and reconciliation Maintain site records, timecards, labour hours, and equipment data, and prepare required weekly and monthly reports Coordinate project documentation, calendars, meetings, and close‑out materials to support efficient site operations Liaise with project teams, clients, and vendors to support reporting requirements and maintain professional working relationships The Right Tools for the Job Education & Experience: High school diploma required, with 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a construction or site‑based environment Core Skills: Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage documentation, and support multiple stakeholders effectively Technical Capability: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and site systems (e.g., SAP, Toolbox), along with basic IT troubleshooting and document control skills #Admin #CalgaryJobs Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
