Reporting to Senior Regional HSE Manager, the HSE Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a safe project execution by implementing HSE management systems, support multiple projects as a floating role. This is Turn Around coverage based in our CNRL Albian Project, Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Lead HSE Compliance: Ensure personal and team adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, including incident reporting and regulatory compliance. Support Project Teams: Assist Project Managers and Supervisors in implementing HSE Management System (HSE MS) and Project Site Safety Plans (PSSP). Incident Management & Analysis: Upload incidents into Graham’s system, investigate events, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions. Regulatory & Emergency Preparedness: Review local regulations, client requirements, and emergency protocols; ensure ERP documents and notices are communicated and posted. Reporting & Accountability: Compile HSE data, report effectiveness of HSE MS, hold direct reports accountable, and maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections. The Right Tools for the Job Education: High school diploma plus completion of a college or technical school diploma program Experience: 3–5 years in safety or a related field Certifications: Health & Safety certification or safety designation is an asset Software: Proficient with MS Office Suite and online reporting software.
