Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Controls Lead to support the Ontario Region (including both infrastructure and buildings projects). Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, this role defines and documents processes, provides strategic support to operations and project teams, monitors risks to improve project execution, and leads, mentors, and develops a team of Project Controls professionals. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Manage Risk – Work with the team on Quantitative Risk Analysis/Assessments (QCRA, QSRA) for heavy rail projects. Standardize Processes – Define and implement project controls systems and procedures. Lead Project Controls Planning – Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and document management. Monitor Project Performance – Identify issues, drive improvements, and escalate when needed. Provide Expert Guidance – Support project teams with accurate data and strategic advice The Right Tools for the Job Education: Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 8+ years in Project Controls within a General Contracting environment, with expertise in systems implementation and risk management. The Project Controls Lead defines and implements project controls systems, procedures, and budgeting for infrastructure and building projects. They are responsible for monitoring project performance, managing quantitative risk assessments, and mentoring a team of professionals.

Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or a related field with over 8 years of experience in a general contracting environment. Proficiency in P6, InEight, and advanced cost control and scheduling is required.
