Apply today and help us build what matters. Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting a BIM Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the BIM Manager, this role supports a specific project and provides BIM-related assistance to senior project staff, including Project Managers and Superintendents. The BIM Coordinator applies a working knowledge of construction projects to support core BIM tasks as required. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Coordinate and manage BIM models using tools such as Revit and Navisworks, including model setup, federation, exports, and as-built documentation. Perform clash detection, generate reports, and support coordination meetings by reviewing findings with project managers and trades. Maintain and execute the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring models and deliverables align with project goals and coordination standards. Support project teams in the adoption and use of Digital Construction Technologies, including providing guidance and facilitating training as needed. Act as a key communication link between project stakeholders by identifying risks, highlighting conflicts, and providing data to support informed decision-making The Right Tools for the Job Education: Degree or diploma in Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction is preferred. Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in BIM/VDC on construction projects; experience within an architectural consultant or contractor environment is an asset. Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360), Revizto, Synchro, and Primavera P6 is an asset.
