Our plants are located across North America with our Canadian headquarters in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. The Industrial Packaging Operator is a member of the Industrial Packing team and carries out all duties and responsibilities of the department as required. This position will be operating various lines in our warehouse which includes but is not limited to Automated and Semi automated bagging lines, Automated Palletizer, flour packaging lines and toting. You will be conducting metal detector tests and other checks as part of our GMP program. Operators are to Complete all paperwork / summaries of packing activities including date entry on inventory system and internal communication systems. This position may also be required to assist other members of the packaging team with day-to-day tasks or responsibilities. Essential Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or equivalent Knowledgeable and capable of operating complex packaging lines. Previous experience in food manufacturing / packaging may be preferred. Must hold or can hold a valid Sask. forklift operator certificate. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong computer skills (word, excel, data entry, etc.) Must have the ability to perform physical tasks repetitively such as climbing ladders/stairs and lift 50lbs and working 12 hr. shifts. Must be able to work in a grain processing environment which exposes staff to allergens such as, but not limited to, grain and grain dust. Must be comfortable in working with heights. Requirements

Requires a minimum of a high school diploma and the ability to operate complex packaging lines, with a valid forklift certificate or the ability to obtain one. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 50lbs, working 12-hour shifts, and working at heights in a grain dust environment.
