Certified Great Place to Work Canada 2024 About the Role: Reporting to SDR Manager Responsible for prospecting new business and building successful relationships with ideal customer profiles through cold calling and outbound activity 100% B2B sales in a high-volume SMB environment Successfully qualifying leads for the Account Executive team Managing 100% outbound efforts Working closely with management to align on strategies, guidance, and support Responsible for attending trade shows across Canada + US approximately once a quarter Playing a crucial role in expanding market reach and achieving company revenue goals Being a strong ambassador and face of the brand Tracking and reporting on KPIs and performance Does this sound like you? If you have the following experience then this is a great role for you: You are ambitious, personable and love to meet new people You are a natural conversationalist and are not afraid to get outside of your comfort zone Previous sales experience is a plus: Ex: cold calling, door-to-door sales, or B2B sales experience You are goals-oriented and motivated by success You work well in a fast-paced environment Excited about joining a high growth company You are looking to build your career in sales Strong organization and communication skills Ability to travel across Canada/US once a quarter Compensation: Canada-based candidates: Base $50,000-55,000 CAD + $20,000 CAD on target commission US-based candidates: Base $45,000-50,000 USD + $30,000 USD on target commission Reasons why you would love it here!
