The Assistant Salon Manager supports daily salon operations and motivates the team while continuing to perform haircutting services. They assist in keeping the salon running smoothly and help stylists succeed through coaching and development.

Candidates must hold a valid Cosmetology or Barber license and possess strong technical haircutting skills. A team-first mindset, clear communication, and a desire to grow leadership skills are essential for this role.
