The production team member is responsible for labeling materials, restacking finished products, and maintaining a clean and orderly production area. They will also support lean manufacturing initiatives and monitor production waste to ensure quality standards are met.

Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team, follow written instructions, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuous improvement culture are required.
