Fayetteville Technical Community College’s Nursing Division is recruiting creative, innovative, and highly motivated candidates for full-time 10-month faculty positions. FTCC’s Nursing programs focuses on concept-based learning with a state-of-the-art simulation center, equipped with learning space technology. Ideal candidates will have a background in evidence-based practice, teaching, and current clinical experience. Our nursing faculty members are responsible for curriculum development, providing engaging instruction, and conducting assessments on program, course, and student outcomes. Our faculty play an integral role of our student’s educational experience by providing an engaging student-centered approach to learning. They are critical thinkers who are comfortable navigating risk management and a willingness to view multiple perspectives with an open mind. They take responsibility for their professional and personal growth and are comfortable operating a variety of computer software and technology tools including office suites, presentation software, and communication and collaboration tools.
