Project Coordinator Markham, Ontario SUMMARY As a Project Manager for our Major Projects division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through completion, while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are consistently met. PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE * Ability for complete oversight of a heavy civil major project, for all scopes, with strong knowledge on all scopes * Ability to express ideas and strategies technically in both verbal and written forms * Ability to collaborate senior leaders (PM/Super/Estimator and the like), within a professional and sensitive manner * Ability to manage procurement processes from preconstruction to execution phases * Experience in collaborative delivery models an asset * High financial acumen, with full P&L responsibility for their assigned Projects * Strong understanding of H&S requirements under OHSA * Strong understanding of quality requirements consistent with the OPSS * Ability to plan all project scopes under the individuals’ responsibilities, speaking with knowledge on their scopes * Ability to manage a design build process POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Ability for complete oversight of a heavy civil major project, for all scopes, with strong knowledge on all scopes * Ability to express ideas and strategies technically in both verbal and written forms * Ability to collaborate senior leaders (PM/Super/Estimator and the like), within a professional and sensitive manner * Ability to manage procurement processes from preconstruction to execution phases * Experience in collaborative delivery models an asset * High financial acumen, with full P&L responsibility for their assigned Projects * Strong understanding of H&S requirements under OHSA * Strong understanding of quality requirements consistent with the OPSS WHAT WE OFFER * Expected Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
