In your role in our team you will: * Assist in performing on-site technical and operation management * Assist in managing 3rd party installation subcontractors to successfully deliver project installations * Perform site inspections after installation in accordance with company policies and procedures * Complete and submit regular reports covering all jobsite activities * Ensure that the company-issued tools for the job site are tested, kept secure, and kept in good condition * Represent the Company at customer premises in a professional manner at all times * Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the company Code of Business Conduct * Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act work, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times * Ensure that the required personal protective equipment (PPE) is used for the assigned tasks * Investigate assigned service appointments and preform repairs as needed * Complete measurements of windows and doors based on sold contract and specify on the re-measure form if any additional equipment or material are required to complete the job * Coordinate scheduling for jobs, services, and make appropriate deliveries or pick-ups for job sites * Complete service call reports, order necessary stock supplies Your profile: * Have 2+ years expertise as installer replacing and installing residential windows and doors * Have experience in applying complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular area of specialization * Are familiar with continuous improvement processes and methodologies * Have a strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing * Are self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges and tasks * Comfortable working in fast paced, deadline driven environment * Dependable with a great work ethic and attendance * Have the ability to demonstrate and apply a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments * Able to travel up to 100% of the time to customer locations * Flexible in working hours between days, weekends and willing to work additional hours in order to meet deadlines * Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs unassisted, climb ladders * Have strong leadership development skills and strong customer service background * Have a valid driving license and clean driver abstract What We Offer * Salaried, full-time position * Extended health & dental (100% employer-paid after probation) * RRSP match * Gym membership discounts * Team-building events and employee referral program * On-site parking * Supportive, growth-oriented workplace Are you ready to play a key role in keeping our projects running on time and our customers happy?
