Job summary
What a day look like as Glass Line Operator: * Meet daily production targets for glass units * Achieve quality standards with 0% failure rate at next station and/or inspection by QC * Adhere to all company and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements * Maintain cleanliness of personal workstation and production facility * Carefully place units in rack for movement to cleaning station * Components of Quality Control will be measured and recorded * Carefully handle glass, parts, materials, equipment, and installation tools to ensure 0% breakage or damage * Follow standard operating procedure to install IG within prescribed standard assembly time REQUIREMENTS: * Live in greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong attention to detail * Exceptional interpersonal skills, a diplomatic demeanor, and an energetic, self-motivated ambitious * Responsible and punctual * Manage deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Your Benefits: * You have access to extended healthcare after probation period covered by the company * You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * You will have access to RRSP matches that are competitive * Gym membership discount * Team building events * Employee referral program * On-site parking Are you able to identify with this profile?
