The Sales Intern will support our Sales team in generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving company goals. This role follows a hybrid field and office model. The expectation is to spend four days per week in the field across the GTA and surrounding areas and one day in the office, primarily in downtown Toronto, with occasional days in Mississauga. Weekend availability may be required. Key Performance Outcomes Revenue ($ and % growth) New points of distribution Customers visited Statement of Work & Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Assist with lead generation and qualify potential customers for the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM. Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or calls. Accompany the Sales team on customer visits and support sales presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in HubSpot. Drop off or coordinate samples for prospective customers. Marketing & Trade Materials Support in-store merchandising. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other sales materials. Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to introduce products to customers. Support sales and marketing events, including trade shows and food festivals. Assist with marketing activations in on-premise locations, including POS materials, digital displays, and menu boards. Data & Analytics Gather and analyze customer feedback to help refine sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Develop systems and tools to improve efficiencies and leverage technology, including AI, to support sales growth. Desired Skills & Experience Enrolment in a relevant undergraduate program, such as Marketing, Business, or Economics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Valid G driver's licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role. Gas reimbursement is available for eligible business travel. Travel to Greenhouse office locations in downtown Toronto or Mississauga is not covered under the Gas Reimbursement Policy.
