**Only LLQP licensed applicants will be considered** PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We are currently looking to connect with driven, customer-centric, sales-savvy individuals to join our next sales class in September 2026! Working as part of our sales team you will be the first point of contact for our future customers. Your Life Insurance advisory experience will help guide and inform prospective customers on the features and benefits of our insurance products and how they could benefit them. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Work directly with customers via telephone using prepared sales scripts in combination with your own ability in listening and speaking to assist customers to purchase the right product or service that meet their needs. Educate potential customers on product offerings and service to improve their level of awareness around product features and benefits while answering questions from the customer to build value and create a positive customer relationship. Adhere to and meet individual KPI’s/ Objectives and contribute to business and team KPI’s / Objectives around sales performance, quality, and productivity. Accurately record sales data and client information. Maintain a detailed understanding of associated systems, products, processes, and procedures. Provide a strong customer experience by focusing on the customer outcome on every call. Ensure products sold are compliant with all GFS quality and compliance standards met. Build trust and demonstrate commitment to the team to support and enhance strong team dynamics. Contribute and be accountable for the achievement of team revenue goals. Other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time, as directed by the Sales Manager. Be diligent in maintaining all licenses required to perform your role as a licensed sales advisor in each jurisdiction. Requirements
