Job summary

Job Summary Lead credit, lending and investment activities to optimize portfolio performance and manage risk. Oversee a team to deliver financial solutions, ensure compliance, and support business growth. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Develop and implement lending and investment strategies to meet portfolio and profitability objectives. Evaluate creditworthiness and risk of individual and corporate clients, approving or recommending lending and investment decisions. Monitor portfolio performance, prepare financial and risk reports, and recommend corrective actions. Supervise and coach staff, set performance targets, and manage operational workflows within the team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit recommendations. Build and maintain client relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate complex transactions with stakeholders. Requirements Post-secondary education in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Several years of progressive experience in banking, credit analysis, or investment management. Demonstrated experience assessing credit risk and making lending or investment recommendations. Proven leadership experience supervising teams and managing operational processes. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modelling and portfolio analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and senior management.
