Oversee the day-to-day performance of Greenway’s residential portfolio, including staff and vendor coordination, resident concerns, maintenance, leasing, inspections, turnovers, renovations, and capital projects. Manage budgets, invoices, operating results, and compliance while improving systems and ensuring issues and delegated work are followed through to completion.
