About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include: Prepare shipping packages and documents for next-day deliveries; Coordinate the activities of drivers and maintenance workers when reviewing trailer repairs; Call customers to confirm next-day deliveries and notify them when pickup orders are ready; Update load sheets with confirmed and rescheduled deliveries, inform all relevant parties, and document all communication in LSS; Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Dispatch Schedule and assigned trailers; Prepare documents, serve customers, and contact yard staff for order pickups; Monitor loaded trailers; Assist drivers and resolve issues as they arise; Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a logistics position; A diploma in logistics or a related field preferred; Experience in similar industries (manufacturing/construction); Solutions oriented and able to provide exceptional customer service; Experience with Sage/ASA is an asset; Knowledge of Excel and able to work in a Google environment; Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure. What we offer: The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $66,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
