About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include: Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance. Overhaul and install new equipment as needed. Rebuild and fabricate parts. Weld components as required. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Perform facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Submit parts requests to maintain adequate inventory levels. Create and complete work orders as assigned. Conduct equipment changeovers and production line setups. About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 3+ years of mechanical/electrical/pneumatical/hydraulic experience preferred; Licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred; Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred; Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment; Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude; Basic computer skills; Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics. #P1 AGF is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Requirements
