Provide operational HR and payroll support, including timely payroll preparation, employee record maintenance, benefits and absence administration, and responses to employee questions. Serve as the primary HR and payroll contact for beauty coaches, supporting hiring documentation, onboarding, system training, scheduling data, and reporting.

Develop sales and purchasing forecasts, coordinate demand and inventory reviews, and maintain product availability while minimizing excess stock and inventory write-offs. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and headquarters, and improve planning processes and reporting.
