Job Summary The Allocation team is looking for an Allocation analyst. You will be responsible for the execution of the allocation strategy which maximizes profitability, to optimize the inventory in the stores by being responsible for initial allocation, replenishment and all related size analysis.You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an Omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor. Main Responsibilities Implement the initial push, replenishment and inventory strategy to support merchandise and sales plans while achieving service level targets; Manage the inventory levels for product categories through analysis of trends, exceptions, rate of sale, minimum order quantities and minimum presentation quantities; Maintain a well-balanced inventory in each assigned classification to maximize (sales) while minimizing markdowns; Interact with team consisting of Merchandise Planner, RPI, Visual, DC, Product managers and Store Operations to provide recommendations and course of action to ensure optimum inventory levels in stores; Replenish store inventory levels to account for substitutions, shortages, seasonality and limited store buys; Review style/color forecast and past sales and adjust according to demand and seasonality; Review and manage system-generated exceptions; Review and manage exceptions identified in reports; Plan required merchandise for store openings; Determine size curves to use for initial buying and repeated style; Other duties as assigned; Store visits. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Administration; 2 years related experience in the Retail Industry; Strong analytical skills; Strong knowledge of Excel; Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment; Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting; Analytical; Structured and organized; Verbal communication; Monitoring; Ability to solve problems; Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
