You will find a team of passionate professionals entirely dedicated to its members. Job Description: Support the Member Services Director Manage reception staff schedules and participate in staff training Understand the receptionist position to provide support and replace staff when needed Manage and follow up on various programs or activities organized by the Club, in collaboration with the program coordinator Perform daily follow-up of customer accounts Interact with clients by phone, email, or in person Other tasks may be added as needed Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented (meticulous), and able to multitask. They must possess excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude. Self-reliant, they are comfortable in a sports environment. Above all, they are a team player. Flexibility in work schedules is required, exceptionally, and depending on Club traffic, such as the possibility of working one weekend day in replacement of a weekday, if needed and at management's request.
