Role Overview: The Sales Manager, Ontario, Canada will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of a team of sales representatives located across Ontario. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this individual will play a key role in achieving growth objectives and strengthening our market position in the generic space. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with key corporate customers and optimizing business opportunities. What you will do on a daily basis: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across Western Canada; Ensure alignment of the team with national sales strategies and performance objectives. Conduct regular follow-ups (field coaching, one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations). Identify new business opportunities in target markets with a focus on high-value products. Develop and execute regional action plans to maximize market share. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, market access, supply chain) to ensure optimal strategy execution. Provide market analysis, generate detailed sales reports, and offer actionable recommendations based on data. Track developments in the pharmaceutical generic market, including regulatory and competitive dynamics, and provide insights to senior management. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers (chains, wholesalers, regional banners, etc.). Represent JAMP Pharma in corporate meetings, contract negotiations, and strategic presentations. Act as the company’s ambassador, promoting our offerings and expertise to our business partners. You will stand out if you have the following skills: Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical market, especially in the generics sector. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, leadership, and strategic development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bilingualism (French/English) is highly desirable, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel frequently across Eastern Canada (up to 50% of the time). Key competencies: Strong business acumen.
