Under the supervision of the Director Development and Design, the Architectural Technologist provides support to the Development and Design department. Develop architectural and space planning concepts in collaboration with the development team and project professionals; Prepare technical and presentation documents; Develop 3D models and renderings; Calculate areas and perform quantity take-offs; Analyze and develop programs and preliminary design documents, including applicable regulations, codes, etc.; Prepare various blocking plans, site plans, and overall plans. Qualifications : Architectural Technologist or Intermediate Architect; Minimum of two (2) years of experience in architecture; Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoTURN; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign; Experience with 3D modeling software, such as Rhino or SketchUp; Strong ability to work as part of a team; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines; Demonstrated autonomy and initiative; Creative and proactive approach to research and problem-solving. Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree or certification as an Architectural Technologist or Intermediate Architect with at least two years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and 3D modeling software is required.
