Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, the Plumber will be responsible for the following duties: Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including hot and cold water, drainage, ventilation, and heating systems Install and connect plumbing fixtures and sanitary equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing installations Complete work within the required timeframes Maintain and properly care for company-provided tools and equipment Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized Use the Yardi system to communicate with the Technical Supervisor and keep service reports up to date Proudly represent MACH’s image and values when interacting with various stakeholders at each property, including tenants, clients, users, and staff Perform any other related duties as required Qualifications A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position is required Diploma (DEP) in Plumbing and Heating Valid driver’s license (daily travel between properties is required) Knowledge of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) In addition to joining a dynamic environment, here are the benefits of working at MACH: Competitive salary; Summer hours all year; Medical and dental insurance; RRSP with employer participation; Transport costs reimbursed at 100%; 6 sick/personal days per year; Reimbursement of a sports subscription according to the amount in force; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Training and development.
